Do my staff need to download anything?
No. They message Raise The Bar's WhatsApp number like any other contact. There's no app, no login and no training.
What if someone on my team doesn't use WhatsApp?
They'll need it on their phone. It's free and takes about a minute to set up, and plenty of hospitality staff already have it.
How long does the end-of-shift debrief take?
About five minutes. RTB asks one question at a time, and staff can reply by text or voice note.
My staff speak different languages. Does that work?
Yes. Staff answer in their own language, and you read issues and reports in yours.
Is my sales data shared with other venues?
Never by name. Pulse only shows pooled, anonymous benchmarks, and you can opt out any time from your venue settings.
I run more than one venue. How does that work?
